Tai Ji along with Mi Zong
are both able to guide Chi Force.
These have in modern times become 
the suitable form of
Internal Practice
These along with Da Muo's  Scroll of the Internal 
compliment each other very effectively. 
Originally this course of practice except 
for emphasizing convalescence is a physical
exercise and is capable of adding strength 
and actually is applicable for sparring. 
After all beyond convalescence and personal health 
it is also for self-defense.

Clothing Regulations :  Wear proper Kung Fu pants and shoes

     1.  Chen Tai-JI (  Old  Style  )。

     2.  Chen Tai-JI (Hu Lei Style )。

     3.  Mi Zong        (Mother Form)。

     4.  Chen Tai-JI (Second Form )。

     5.  Chinese fencing technique。
