Hello, a few years ago i studied Chi Quan at a college (school) in california .
I have been trying to find a school to learn more, but have been unable to find any here in
Sacramento - California . Is Chi Quan the correct name ? I remember that the English
translation is " long shadow boxing " . I have also been told by some friends that it might
be called " Northern Shaolin Long Fist " i am not sure wich one it truly is ?
The instructor is not there any longer , and i do not speak chinese , so my search has been
long. I truly hope to hear from you soon .

About the training of Chi Quag, it exists in every system of Chinese Kung fu.
But it is generally a single basic training, Therefore, the moves are simple.
It is often trained for some special goal. The goal of Chi Quan we practice is to
preserve the origin moves of Chinese Chi Quan. Therefore, we do not practice
for a single goal, but we do the total and whole training. It is the complete Chi Quan
training nowadays. We have already published videos and books, but the English
edition will publish around June, 2000A. D.
