What's Kung-fu is Kung-fu !!

            In Chinese Kung-fu area. At now about Chinese Kung-fu knowledge is poor.
    Many people they think already understand Chinese Kung-fu. And then, In fact like
    a real scientists get the Nobel prize honor. Which in these Scientists deep heart understand
    that scientists area is huge quantities, that keep unknow area. keep research, continue
    discovery........ Who is the technocracy? Where is scientist real purpose? What's formula?
    What's theory? It's just a tool. The most important is "sprit".

           
Same carpenter tool in different hands that why produce two different kinds
    of result. One's we call it carpenter. One's we call it artist. The different ways is sprits.
    What is the set of Chinese chyuan? What is Boxing? How to learn real Chinese Kung-Fu?
    It's something to do with the spirit of Kung-fu. Without it , the sets of Chinese chyuan are
    only postures. Sparring also become violent force demo.

           
When young and strong. You hit others. Others heat you when you are old and
    weak. If so, heat you when you are old and weak. If so, Our world become one of beasts.
    Then, why learn Kung-fu? It's become to a upright man and to be a dignified man.
    We do not bully others even we are young and robust. Being aged and failing, we can
    resist other's offending. That is the spirit of magnanimity. It is also the sprit of Chinese
    and the basic spirit of Kung-fu.

           
Many peoples know that Chinese Kung-fu separate two system. There is
    Southern and Northern system. Then we separate Shaw-lin, Tarrn-laang(Mantis), Tay-jyi,
    Ba-guah , Wu-dang, Tsai-Lee fo', Ba-jyi , Ja-chyuan,........etc.

           
Let's think about the all University major system. Same like separate literature,
    Business, Mathematics, Medical, Journalism........etc. Many people learn Chinese Kung-fu.
    They forget important thing. Few thousand years ago, Chinese Kung-fu already is
    scholarship. They separate system and factions . Every style ,every ways is people research
    refining. Not just fighting. It's seems that every young person doesn't think he would
    become old some day. Every strong person doesn't think he would get sick in the future.
    But the reality is always the other way around. Fortunately ,Chinese Kung-fu recognized
    this condition a long time ago. Kung-fu is a kind of martial art which every one can
    practice and employ at the age span from 6-80. Meanwhile ,it is not only a body exercise,
    but involves one's inner part of body. It much emphasize one's brain using.

           
You maybe to protest. Why talking about brain? We think many people get this
    experience that you want learn Chinese Kung-fu. Then, go to China military camp register.
    From basic practice begging. Teacher will asking you that what kind of Kung-fu you have
    learn? If the answer is "No". Then from begging. Chinese has a proverb "From head
    begging practice". Because, every people believe from begging. It's mistake Chinese
    kung-fu (From head begging practice) really meaning. Nevertheless, here we talking head
    is thought, not begging.

           
How to learn real Chinese Kung-fu ? In the practicing sphere, five stages can
    be divided: practicing, controlling, leading, refining, forgetting. A good learner has go
    through those five stages. Above all, researching and thinking are essential. That explains
    the true meaning of this proverb: "while a master leads students into the door of Kung-fu,
    it is up to those students to obtain the achievement."

           
Practicing: To practice many sets of Chinese chyuan is the basis of Kung-fu.
    A lot of people consider they have learned Kung-fu because having acquired some sets of
    Chinese chyuan. That is why Kung-fu is regarded as impractical. Why? Because those
    people only learned Kung-fu postures. They didn't make research on them. For instance,
    how to practice more smoothly? What difference between your action and master's.
    To find out questions and correct defects incessantly are must in this stage.

           
Controlling: Even you can perform one whole set of Chinese chyuan,
    it is far from controlling it. Does chyuan guide you? Or otherwise? There is a great
    difference. It's just like driving a car. The key point is "smooth". You must put yourself
    in a unconscious condition when practicing Kung-fu. However martial-art practicing is
    not totally hard working. One can never taste the magic if he always stays in the practicing
    stage. Do control Kung-fu, not to be it's slave. How to do it? Making a research is the
    answer. Try not to have martial action on your mind when practicing.

           
Leading: The master certainly teaches you basic usage. But they belong to
    the master's, not yours. By careful examining, everyone has his special mode. A master's
    duty is teaching. But that's you who do research on every attacking or defending action.
    For example, to meet a frontal attack, should you use left hand to fend it off or right hand
    to counter attack? Is there and other why? Could we change the defending action of left
    hand into an attacking one? You have to think it over and do a research with the master.
    So one fixed martial action has been multiplied. If so, Kung-fu practicing becomes an
    amusement. You can get hold of it. Every practicing condition is up to you to decide,
    without any fixed way.

           
Refining: practicing Kung-fu again, you'll find how much time you waste
    on every action. How many unnecessary actions you have? How much strength you
    waste? May be it's only 0.1 second or milligram. Nevertheless, adding up will lead to
    a considerable result. To think how to reduce one second? How to save strength which
    should not be squandered. With these thinking steps, you are sure to give up long Jing
    and enter into the stage of inch Jing, millimeter Jing. You can free combined any fixed
    martial action into different sections.

           
Forgetting: could anyone, with several years of driving experience, still
    remember the basic steps of driving a car? Certainly not. Because driving a car has finally
    become a habit. It's the same case with Kung-fu. In the daily life, if you sense any crisis,
    you should be able to avoid it out of natural reaction. Reacting from sub-consciousness.
    How to achieve it? Using your brain, think what kind of martial action can meet a special
    attacking. After that, put it into practice again. Finally, to practice it to the purpose of
    forgetting. You'll find it is as natural as eating, sleeping, walking. Practicing from the first
    martial action to the hundredth action. Finally, one must wipe out any definite martial
    action. Because one's habit is formed. In this stage, one's Kung-fu is a real one.

           
Of the global exercises, Kung-fu is the one which needs a learner use his
    brain most. Kung-fu is not an exercise, but a branch of knowledge, a way of life, for this
    reason, we have not heard any master who practices real Kung-fu contracts Parkinson's
    disease so far.
